Recent questions about website forms

Questions about website forms, and how to get data from a website to an email have been raised several times recently, and I realized that this info may be of some use in general.  Below is the latest such post, with my response, including a copy of my advice to one of my clients.

Whew!  We had some big Texas Thunderstorms rolling thorugh last night.
